Love and Leashes tells the story of Jung Ji-Woo, played by Seohyun, who works at a large company. Jung Ji-Woo has feelings for his co-worker Jung Ji-Hoo (Lee Jun Young), but he chooses to hide his feelings.

Their story begins when Ji-Woo's package is confused with Ji-Hoo's package because their names are almost the same. However, this is where the secret that has been hidden by both of them is also revealed. In front of his co-workers, Ji-Hoo's character in Love and Leashes is a perfect man. However, it turns out to be hiding an unexpected secret.

Because Ji-Woo's secret was already known due to the exchanged package incident, Ji-Hoo also asked Ji-Woo to be his master and made a temporary agreement. Ji-Woo also agrees to a 3-month contract agreement offered by Ji-Hoo who is a man he really likes.

In the contract, Jung Ji Woo will be dominant towards Jung Ji Hoo. From here the two get involved in an unusual relationship.
